(Davis, 2002) The functionality of a link-state protocol is this that it may take a p ath with more number of hops, but uses the medium that has higher bandwidth than all the other paths even with lowest number of hops. Due to the features of media type awareness and other factors, these protocols consume more processing power and memory. Link-state influences all the routers that structure up the complete topology of the whole internetwork (or of the position where router is presently located), this means that every router contains the same information of the topology. I thought that if one of the things the law and legal system are about is maintaining and promoting justice and a sense of fairness, they might not be doing such a great job. An eye for an eye is fair? No, that would be too easy, too black and white. I could cite several examples where I thought a judge’s or jury’s ruling was unfair, however I will not simply due to the fact that this is to be about what justice is to me and not what justice was to the particular courtroom situation. I actually do believe in our legal system and I believe in justice. I believe justice is the ideal that we as a society strive to achieve. The legal system, when looked at closely, is not just but judgment. You can be punished when found guilty in a number of way, but who knows if they are â€Å"fair† punishments, an example might be is it fair to the mother of a man who is sentenced to death for his crime or crimes when she herself did nothing wrong and was in fact, quite possibly, a model parent? India is now progressing on the verge of becoming a developed nation through relentless efforts and thus reinforcing its stand globally. Today as we celebrate 60 years of republic it forces me think what has india achieved for a common man. Today still there are 80 million tribals in india, lakhs of people are still below poverty line which is a paradox for the country of vedas. On the brighter side we assert on the very fact that we are developing, the development is essential but it shudn't be on the extent of taking the lives of innocent people, snatching the shelters of poor on the name of developing big glitzy malls. Well we cannot stop developing but we should be aware of the conditions which still prevail in india and the ones which are alleviated on the name of development. The tears and pains of mumbai attack are still in the eyes of thousands who lost their loved ones, and till date the assassins havnt been punished. So can we feel happy to develop this way. The main theme seems to repeat itself throughout the entire tale, while it may not be clear to the reader in the beginning, this theme is actually quite easy to understand once it has been discovered. The underlying theme, that Robertson seems to want his reader to take away is this idea of the â€Å"duality of the nature of man†. Robertson looked at man as being made up of two parts, contained in one overall being.
